Description
This kitchen is on display at The Anna Miller Museum in Newcastle,Wy, built in 1930.
The museum was originally built to be a National Guard cavalry barn for Company A, 115th Wyoming National Guard.
The museum was named for Anna Cecelia McMoran Miller. She was the daughter of a pioneer family, and the widow of Sheriff Billy Miller, who was killed in what is known as the last Indian battle in the area.
They house an amazing collection of exhibits about the area's pioneers, Native Americans and prehistoric history and coal mining history. They have a book collection is not to be missed. Every newspaper, court records and even year books can be found going back throughout the town's history.
